What We Believe Homeowners Deserve

• Straight answers first. Plenty of "problem trees" don't need removal. A good tree professional will tell you when a tree is fine and just needs deadwood taken out.
• A written estimate. Get the price before the work, itemized so you can see what removal, cleanup, and stump grinding each cost, and drop what you don't want.
• Always confirm insurance. Tree work is one of the most dangerous trades there is, and you should never let anyone work on your property without seeing proof of coverage. Ask any crew for a current certificate of liability insurance and workers' compensation — reputable outfits produce it without hesitating. If someone won't, that's your answer.
• Clean exits. Ask up front whether chipping, haul-off, and raking are part of the price. The yard should look better when the crew leaves, minus the tree.
